I am writing in regards to the excellent service my family and I received from Mr. Richard Leach. I had the pleasure of meeting Richard when the Coast Guard transferred me and my family here from West Palm Beach, Florida. We were looking to buy our first house and knew nothing about the area. Luckily we contacted Prudential and Richard picked up the phone. He was very helpful, informative, and patient. We werent sure what we wanted or even the part of town to live in. Richard gathered so much information for us that by the time we got up here to look it felt like we had been here before. Buying a house for the first time is a stressful part of life; Richard was able to alleviate a lot of worry for myself and my family. He must have showed us 20 houses in 2 days and never with a complaint. He drove us all over town showing us where things were at, like our own personal tour guide. He even went the extra step to locate the gymnastics gym, for my daughter, and show us where it was located. His professionalism and hard work is most appreciated.

This note is a personal referral for Mr. Richard Leach. We utilized Mr. Leachs services as a realtor in April 2005 when we were relocating to the area from FL. He was referred to us by a friend and he provided excellent service. He spent two different weeks with us and showed us approximately 30 homes in the Huntington area. While in town looking for homes our vehicle had brake and rotor wear and was in the shop for two days, Richard was the one who dropped us off at the shop and helped us pick up our vehicle. Mr. Leach was our only form of transportation, picking us up from the hotel in the morning to look at homes and driving us for the entire day. Not only was Mr. Leach extremely knowledgeable of the Tri-State area, he was wonderful to work with and we consider him a friend. We would highly recommend Mr. Leach to anyone in need of a realtor in the future.
